NO ALIASES - Registrations w/ invalid information/identification may be immediately removed to free up that username. If you don't receive your activation email shortly after registering, please notify an Administrator of this site simply by clicking on their name link on any page and send them an email. Only one registration per user, if we identify any alias registrations per IP address validation it may be removed without warning.

PHOTO GALLERY - You have agreed to these terms during the photo gallery registration process.  Although the administrators and moderators of NJFishChat Photo Gallery will attempt to keep all objectionable messages and images out of our gallery, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners/operators of NJFishChat.com Photo Gallery or All Enthusiast, Inc. (developers of PhotoPost) will be held responsible for the content of any message or any image in our gallery.  You warrant that you will not post any messages or upload any images that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.  The owners/operators of NJFishChat.com Photo Gallery have the right to remove, edit, or move any image or post for any reason.
